Supposed "vinyl-only" release now available on CD. Written and recorded in a burst of creativity, Momofuku finds Elvis in a looser mood than normal, making for an enjoyable listen.

The Last Shadow Puppets are Arctic Monkeys' lead vocalist/guitarist Alex Turner and The (UK) Rascals' guitarist/vocalist Miles Kane. Inspired by Scott Walker, early Bowie and David Axelrod, the album's backing orchestration was recorded by the 22-piece London Metropolitan Orchestra. CD now, vinyl later this week. Alt/punk band from Cranford/Linden, New Jersey. Kerrang! describes them as "Jimmy Eat World overdosed on Meatloaf."
